Because we operate from within the European Union, we strictly adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller responsible for your personal and historical information is OMGImPolish sp. z.o.o., a sole proprietorship (JDG) registered in the Republic of Poland.

2. Handling of Sensitive Data

We know that tracking down an unbroken chain means sharing highly sensitive documents. This includes, but is not limited to: your current passport, your ancestors' birth certificates, marriage licenses, military records, and naturalization papers.

• Strict Purpose: These documents are collected and used solely for the purpose of assessing your eligibility, preparing your citizenship application, and coordinating your case strategy.
• No Selling: Your personal data and family history will never be sold, rented, or traded to marketing agencies or third-party data brokers. Period.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We cannot complete a citizenship application alone. Therefore, we will securely share necessary documents with trusted third parties strictly on a "need-to-know" basis to advance your case. These parties include:

• Vetted Legal Partners: Polish lawyers or archival researchers employed to retrieve documents on your behalf.
• Sworn Translators: Certified Polish sworn translators (tłumacz przysięgły) required by law to translate your foreign documents into Polish for the Voivodeship Office.
• The Polish Government: The ultimate submission of your dossier to the Urząd Wojewódzki.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to complete our consulting services and fulfill our legal obligations under Polish tax and business law. Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of any incorrect data.
• Request the deletion of your data (the "Right to be Forgotten"), provided we do not need to retain it for active legal, governmental, or tax compliance reasons.
